Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research programs on leading edge technologies; 
  • Analyze existing document management systems, scientific, engineering, business, and financial applications to identify and recommend operational improvements;
  • Develop Information Architecture, branding, graphical user interface, navigation, document management, custom web parts, custom SharePoint hosted and Azure hosted apps, forms and workflows for process automation; 
  • Perform SharePoint Administration tasks such as Installation, Configuration, Deployment Upgrading, Patching, System Monitoring, Performance Analysis and Tuning of SharePoint and its related systems across multiple environments;
  • Conducts comparison analysis for custom developed and commercially available applications
  • Analyze information dissemination and decision support systems based on Telerik Tableau components; 
  • Research business processes and transactional data gathered in DPCPSI MS SQL; 
  • Database to create new models for information exchange and collaboration using a range of research methods; 
  • Analyze and improve DPCPSI Analytical dashboard, synthesize multiple streams of data, structure data from NED, EDiE, SOFie services in one Database, building complex analytical reports, presenting findings and interpreting results;
  • Analyze possible ways of process automation with InfoPath Forms and SharePoint 2010/2013 Workflows and Timer Jobs; 
  • Develop analytic models and work closely with cross-functional teams and people to integrate solutions;
  • Model integrative solutions involving SharePoint, MS SQL, nVision tools, software, and services that enhance business processes;
  • Analyze solutions for specific use by the Office of the Director, DPCPSI, to help consolidate OD DPCPSI personnel information and statistical data using form filling, tracking, searching and navigation functionality;
  • Create cognitive models and use simulation interactions to evaluate user interface changes;
  • Responsible for addressing users' requests along with projects and assignments which include: SharePoint troubleshooting, application integration support, site configuration support, SharePoint objects creation and site provisioning;
  • Profound knowledge in building and configuring SharePoint solutions/websites using web UI, SharePoint Designer, InfoPath, Visual Studio, Business Data Catalog and PowerShell.

Required experience/education:

  • At least 6 months of proven experience in Computer Systems Analysis, Information Systems Analysis, Computer Systems Developer and related.
  • Bachelor Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science or related.
